Below you find more information regarding this web-based emergency management solution we call the Federated Intelligence Nework, or FedIntel for short.

 FedIntel Overview

 

The Product:

  • The Federate Intelligence Network, FedIntel, is a collection of web based portals for emergency management
  • The system is built on Microsoft's Office SharePoint technology
  • The taxonomy and workflow design is modeled after the National Response Framework, NRF, the National Infrastructure Protection Plan, NIPP, and the National Incident Management System, NIMS
  • Federal, state, and local organizations all have a place in FedIntel

The Company:

  • CompuSat Services Incorporated, CSI, is veteran owned company
  • CSI has operations in Northern Virginia
  • CSI has been a subcontractor on DOD and DHS contracts
  • The company provided one of the lead architects for the design and deployment of the Homeland Security Information Network, HSIN
  • CSi also provided the lead architect for the design and deployment of DISA's Defense Online Portal (GESPortal) and part of the NCES initiative
