The FEMA layer provides operations centers and services for all levels of FEMA operations. Operations centers include: the White House Situation Room (WHSR); the National Operations Center (NOC); Homeland Security Operations Center (HSOC); the Interagency Incident Management Group (IIMG); Joint Field Offices (JFOs); National and Regional Coordination Centers (NRCC, RRCCs); State Governor’s Offices; Federal, state and local Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs); Federal, regional and state Fusion Centers; Federal, regional and state Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs) and many supporting organizations, such as: State Police, Department of Highways, Citizen Corps, and others.
